Elanie is our office manager at Royal York Orthodontics. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manages scheduling and billing systems, and support the clinical team to ensure every patient receives warm, seamless care. Dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, she is often the friendly voice patients hear when they call. She is passionate about guiding and supporting patients from their very first phone call, making sure they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their experience at the clinic

She feels fortunate to be part of Dr. Sky’s wonderful team and takes pride in supporting the exceptional care provided at Royal York Orthodontics. She loves seeing the final result of a beautiful smile—and, even more importantly, the confidence and happiness it brings to each patient. Outside the office, she enjoys travelling the world, playing pickleball, listening to podcasts and going to concerts and movies.
